Car Parking :
Cars can be parked on asphalt close to each unit. We have plenty of space and can accommodate parking for large and small vehicles.
Getting There :
We are located at 31, Ogilvie Lane, Richmond, which is 2.5 km down Prossers Road on the left hand side (where the asphalt ends). From Hobart side, cross over the Richmond Bridge and take 3rd left (Prossers Road). Travel along Prossers Road for 2.5 km and turn left into Ogilvie Lane. From the north/east, Prossers Road leads off Fingerpost Road, and Ogilvie Lane is 2.4 km towards Richmond. Note that our driveway is around 500 m long.

Clean, welcoming and light with quality bedding and linen, the cottages are a great home away from home. Outside there are 360 degree views across paddocks to Mt Wellington and surrounding countryside. Inside, the well-equipped kitchens are complete with full size fridge, microwave, toaster and gas cooktop. Just 30 minutes' drive from Hobart city and 25 minutes to the Airport. This apartment is wheelchair friendly with level access throughout, wide walkways and accessible bathroom facilities. Taras Richmond Farmstay - Wellington Studio is the perfect space for couples to unwind whilst enjoying views across the countryside to Mt. Wellington. Suitable for up to 2 adults, the fully self-contained eco-friendly studio has a QS bed with quality linen, comfy armchairs, flat screen TV and a spacious separate bathroom (with bath tub) and separate toilet. There is a well-equipped kitchenette with full size fridge, microwave, toaster and cooktop with 2 hotplates. A washing machine is also available. Use the studio as a stop-over on your way to or from the airport, or stay for a week and use it as a base from which to explore southern Tasmania.
