Located in the center of Narooma's CBD, off the highway is central to clubs,beaches, shops and eateries. Built as a guest house under the NSW Government as a 5 star energy and environmentally commercial building. We offer a little luxury accommodation for adult couples and single travelers. All rooms are located on the second level using a wide stair way or guest stair lift. Includes a full English breakfast. Rooms/verandas do not face the street and do not have any passing traffic.
All room have own TV/DVD, mini fridge, en suite, electric blankets, tea/coffee making facilities, lambs wool bed covers, bed reading lights and includes all linen. Rooms are serviced daily,
Electric car charging is available for guests.
We are a smoke free site.

All bookings on this site are already discounted 5% below any other booking site. In addition we do not charge any credit card fee.

Use the western side lane to access the guest parking area at the rear. Car park has sensor lighting and CCTV coverage. Motor cycle lockup under cover parking is available. Two electric car charging spaces are also available for guests.

Booking Policy

All bookings are confirmed with first night payment, balance on departure.

Cancellation Policy

First day full charge. Cancellation is required 72hrs prior to 1400 arrival, to receive any remaining day/s refunded.

Checkin Policy

Please use the guest car park and we will assist with baggage to the room and to car on departure. We close at 09:00pm, please ring if arriving later.

Child Policy

Sorry but we are not setup for children, infants or babies.

Deposit Policy

First night is taken at time of booking, balance on departure. We will advise via email an information pack if supplied a contact email. Please note no credit card fees apply.

No-show Policy

Full charges apply.

Other Policy

Sorry but we do not have any facilities for pets or extra beds in rooms, Each room is approved and configured for a max of two people with Queen or King bed.
