Emu Beach Chalets

Easter reservations require a $500 deposit and is payable by the 1st of March. This is refundable until the 14th of March, should you need to cancel.

Christmas reservations require a $500 deposit and is payable by the 1st of December. This is refundable until the 14th of December, should you need to cancel.

Strictly no smoking inside chalets or near open doorways. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.

Check out is 10am unless prior arrangements have been made. Late check outs are subject to availability and attract a fee of $60 per hour.

A $12 charge is applicable, should you need to recharge your electric vehicle onsite. Please bring your own extension cord.

An excess cleaning fee will apply if the chalet is left in an untidy state or with unwashed dishes.

A 10pm noise curfew applies.

A government issued valid ID proof will required.

No prepayment is needed.

You may cancel free of charge until 3 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 3 days before arrival.

One nights accommodation will be charged if a no show occurs. The chalet will be reopened for sale at 7.00am the next morning if no contact is made by the guest.

Children of any age are welcome.
The price shown is for the number of adults in your search. If you're travelling with children, add them to see correct price and occupancy information.
Cot and extra bed policies:-
1 year old- Cot upon request - Extra bed upon request
AUD 30 per child, per night
1+ years - Extra bed upon request - AUD 30 per person, per night
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
1 cot or 1 extra bed available upon request.
All cots and extra beds are subject to availability.

Check-in is from 2 PM. You will receive a text message on the day of arrival before 2pm with your chalet number. The chalet will be left unlocked with the key on the kitchen bench.

$25 per night for 1 pet. $45 per night for 2 or more pets.
